Holiday Inn Nashville Airport by IHG

Love using this property for my clients. Clean rooms and banquet areas. Relatively new hotel (maybe 2 years old?) Great location close to the airport but also not far from downtown and if the interstate is backed up with traffic, you can head straight down elm hill right to downtown as well. Quick and easy. :) Have used it many times.

Nice looking hotel but would have liked to know about paying for parking first. I didn't cost much but have it showing you have to pay on all websites would have been nice. The staff was nice and kind. The room is another story. It looked great till my bathroom sink didn't drain and the remote for the TV was dead. The beds are more on the hard side and you can hear everyone around you.

Jasmine,Sheila&MJ went above&beyond for my stay&to get my reservation set&complete. They turned around a stressful situation that made plans for my trip home to be back to going smoothly. The hotel is always clean,the staff are friendly&the hotel bar is always quite good. 10/10 overall for sure

There are not enough nice things I can say about our stay here. From the front desk, to the food services (Austin and Kelsey) the housekeeping staff on the 6th floor, all were polite, accommodating, approachable and friendly. The stay was cozy and comfortable and food very good! Sheila was very helpful in proving resources and we so appreciate everyone so much.

We recently utilized the meeting space at the Airport Holiday Inn, and the experience was great. The facilities were clean, well-equipped, and perfect for hosting a productive session. We worked with, Mercede Maryland, she was accommodating and ensured everything ran smoothly. They moved around the table and chairs for us as needed and made sure the breakfast stayed hot. We recommend this location for anyone needing a reliable and comfortable space for business meetings or events.

This may be my hotel of choice when I come to town...great price, fairly new, spacious rooms, quiet..very clean...amenities like(full sized body wash, lotions, shampoo and conditioner were nice touches). The staff were up early available,refreshing rooms. Be warned tho..restaurant food downstairs terrible chicken sandwich and wings*we got our money back* Breakfast buffet was not included as advertised on Priceline. Still give the experience a 5.

Nice friendly staff, brand new hotel (only 1 year old) beautifully decorated. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Very close to the airport and they offer shuttle service to and from the airport! Reasonably priced and provides an option to book with breakfast or without. The hotel smell fantastic! You will smell the grass scent as you enter the does of the lobby. I'll definitely be back to this location upon my return to this area!

I had to stay here after winter storm Fern. My mom booked the room for me, and they were very accommodating, and made it easy for her to lay and for me to check in. They offered reasonable prices for the circumstances. The room was more than adequate for what I needed. I needed a safe, comfortable place to be with my pets. They allowed pets, and that also made them heroes in my book because fur babies needed a safe, comfortable place too. Sheila was communicative and friendly even in the stressful circumstances for the staff and the hotel patrons. I was so glad she was there to help me in a very stressful time. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on site, so I can’t speak to that. ETA: the bed and lines were very cozy to me! My cat enjoyed laying on the bed too, so that says something! Yes, you have to pay for parking, but it was ~12/night which isn’t too terrible in my opinion.
